Zaedryn Rook

Zaedryn Meade (they/them) is an award-winning writer and editor who has been creating content online since 1996. They have published over one million words in books, online articles, columns, and anthologies such as *The Remedy: Trans and Queer Healthca*re, *Queer: A Reader for Writers*, *Nonbinary: Memoirs of Gender and Identity*, and *Persistence: All Ways Butch and Femme*. Zed has been a guest speaker at colleges around the US since 2008, and they have double Bachelor's degrees in Gender Studies and Creative Writing from the University of Washington. They live in Oakland, California.
