Hey creators,

In just two weeks, creators from around the globe will meet in Los Angeles for our annual invite-only community conference, PatreCon, and we can’t wait! PatreCon is an intimate, collaborative, and educational experience that gives established creators from different backgrounds the opportunity to be themselves, together. This year, we’ve got a packed agenda filled with keynotes and workshops by some of the biggest names on the internet (Try Guys, Elle Mills, and many many more). It’s going to be incredible as always, but better.

During a PatreCon team meeting this morning, we decided to throw a last-minute contest (a PatreContest… duh) to give away a small number of tickets for PatreCon 2018 to creators who are eager for a chance to collaborate, learn, and grow.

Winners will be selected based on their response to the question: “Why do you want to attend PatreCon 2018?” Get creative here; you can make a video, upload a painting or sing a ditty, really any way that you want to express why you should attend. We’ll review all submissions and choose the winners from the submissions received. Winners will be notified by Friday, October 19th at 5 pm PST.

Please note that if we are unable to contact a winner after a reasonable number of tries, we find that the winner is ineligible, or the winner fails to claim the prize within five days from the time the email notification is sent, the prize tickets may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Here’s everything you need to know to apply for a free PatreCon ticket:

1. PatreCon is just around the corner — it’s November 1st through 3rd in Los Angeles, California. If you apply for these tickets, you agree to be present every day of PatreCon.
2. You must have an active Patreon creator page in order to be eligible.
3. By applying to attend, you agree to our code of conduct.
4. If your application is chosen, Patreon will cover the price of one nontransferable conference ticket and lodging (if you book travel through our provided room block). You agree to be responsible for all travel including transportation to and from the conference, meals, and any extra costs associated with your trip.
5. To apply, please fill out the form below telling us why you’d like to attend PatreCon.

We’re accepting applications starting Tuesday, October 16th – Friday, October 19th at 12 pm PST. Already registered for PatreCon and want to be considered? Apply today and if you win we’ll be happy to refund the full cost of your ticket.
